Before sessions it is helpful to write out your intentions and share them with me. This improves each session and shows you are consciously seeking change, ready to release various issues, and are ready to heal.  We can work on emotional issues that you would like to see yourself handle more freely and with less fear. I will share with you more whole ways of seeing a situation/ help you to feel more at ease within areas of your life, align clearer/lighter energies within you and hopefully you will allow more loving and whole thoughts to enter your consciousness. There is a spiritual-life science to all of this...

Really this is bio electric field medicine and works upon all levels of your existence beyond what most understand or realize exists... once healing begins on those levels our physical body begins to heal, sometimes almost instantaneously, sometimes over time...
